Last year I was 22 stone, breathless when walking short
distances and having to buy clothes from specialist shops.  That’s no life for a 27 year old.  Things had to change.

I decided to join a gym to try to loose some weight.  I did manage to loose some weight which was great, but I still wasn’t getting the satisfaction I needed.  I got into the same old routine of spending time on the rowing machine, treadmill, bike and doing the same thing each day, which over time became boring.  There was very little support from the instructors, so I thought what’s the point, my motivation at this point was low, and I needed to do something quick before I
gave up.

I then discovered Body Conscious Boot Camps, which is locally based, which was a bonus. I looked over the website and thought this could be what I need, I emailed over asking for some information on the classes, had a speedy reply, and before I knew it I was signed up and taking part.

Justin has been great motivation for me, pushing me to the best of my ability. I am now 14st 9lbs, lost several inches and gained shape in areas I thought would never be possible. Not only has Justin helped me get into shape physically, my confidence and self-esteem has also improved.

Neils Profile pic with Bicep flexedI would definitely recommend Body Conscious Boot Camps.  Justin is very professional at what he does, and has a great attitude and genuinely wants to support you in reaching your goals and becoming fitter.  It is very different than any other fitness activity I’ve ever done.  If you are serious about making a change in your exercise routine, but not interested in the more egotistic aspects of
being at a gym, then the Body Conscious Boot Camp is for you.

Thank you for all your encouragement and professionalism in training me. Since we have begun our sessions, I feel much more strength and motivation. I am seeing results for my efforts. You have educated me very well in terms of fitness and health, and I look forward to continuing my health
goals with your guidance.

I started Boot Camp October 2010 it works for me because it’s good fun, you’re meeting new people all the time. Justin will work you hard if  that’s what you want, he encourages you all of the time and furthermore he changes the programme regularly so not to get bored of it.
