No matter how long you’ve been training or how much of a novice you are; a suggested amount of training is a minimum of 3 days per week with a minimum of 45-60 minutes per session.

Our schedule is structured to cover a wide range of clients and their busy lifestyles. Bearing in mind not only your busy lifestyles but also the financial strains… Our pricing is tailored to accommodate all walks of life.

Boot Camp Times

Focus Fit Times

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Saturday Mornings
09:00 — 10:00am Youths upto 15 years old
10:00 — 12:00am Open class

Joining fee

£15.00 per person (free Body Conscious Boot Camp T-Shirt included)


Regular fee’s

Option 1: 3 or more classes per week £60.00 per month (Average price per class = £5.00)

Option 2: 2 classes per week £48.00 per month (Average price per class = £6.00)

Option 3: 1 class per week £28.00 per month (Average price per class = £7.00)

Option 4: Joint Membership 3 classes or more per week £100.00 per month

Option 5: Pay as you Go £8.00 per class

Note: there are limited spaces available each week, so please give sufficient notice so we can accommodate you and make sure that you get the correct attention required in order to reach your goals.
